About Me…

I didn't come to coaching from a textbook.

I came to it from lived experience - the kind that takes years and costs you something.

For most of my 40s, I looked fine from the outside – ‘normal’.

I had a life that ‘should’ have made me happy – and some parts of it did. But more often than not, on the inside, it was a different story. There was a storm cloud in my head that seemed to follow me everywhere.

I felt lost, flat, and quietly lonely in a way I couldn't explain and didn't feel I could admit. I hid it well. I kept showing up, kept functioning, kept being fine - while inside I was struggling.

What I know now is that I was navigating peri-menopause, a shifting identity, and years of putting everyone else first - all at the same time. I didn't have a name for it then. I just knew something needed to change.

The turning point wasn't a single moment. It was a decision - a quiet, stubborn conviction that I wanted and deserved to feel better. Deep down I knew that there was a version of my life that felt more like the real me – a vision of what I really wanted for my life. And I knew I wasn't going to achieve it by waiting for things to shift on their own.

So I started doing the work. I got serious about my mindset. I challenged the thoughts and stories I'd been carrying for years. I looked honestly at what I wanted for my future. And slowly, things started to change.

That journey led me to coaching. Not because I read about it in a book - but because I lived it. I know what it feels like to be in that fog. I know the exhaustion of holding everything together for everyone else while quietly falling apart inside. And I know that the way through is not a supplement, not a quick fix, not a motivational quote and not the thought of ‘things will just get better’.

It's real, sustained inner work. And it changes everything.

If you're reading this and something in you recognises what I've described - you're in the right place.

I don't claim to have all the answers, nor do I wish to pretend that I do. My intention is to be honest, real, and authentic with you. My journey has inspired me to connect with other women, to share my experiences and knowledge in the hope that it resonates with you, and to help you achieve the same feelings of happiness, achievement, peace and growth.
