Hi, and welcome! I'm so happy that you're here.
I'm Kaz Kirton, and I know what it’s like to feel stuck, directionless, and like each day is just blending into the next - going through the motions but not really achieving anything. For a long time, I woke up with no real drive or purpose, feeling like I was wasting time and not moving forward.
For me, this was tied to the challenges of perimenopause — but I know that these feelings can and do happen at any stage of life.
It was through these struggles that I discovered the power of self-development. I realised that I had a choice - to think differently, build better habits, develop confidence and self-belief, and create a life that felt more aligned and fulfilling - and that journey has led me here.
Now, my passion is to help other women reconnect with what they want, build clarity and direction, and start moving forward with belief and confidence - one step at a time - because we all deserve to live a life full of inspiration, happiness and purpose.
I don't claim to have all the answers, nor do I wish to pretend that I do. My intention is to be honest, real, and authentic with you. My journey has inspired me to connect with other women, to share my experiences and knowledge in the hope that it resonates with you, and to help you achieve the same feelings of happiness, achievement, peace and growth.

I have an Advanced Diploma as a Holistic Life & Mind Body Practitioner, an Undergraduate Certificate of Mental Health, a Certificate of Psychology, Behaviour Change & Wellbeing Management, a Certificate of Human Nutrition, a Certificate III in Fitness, a Diploma as a Women’s Health Practitioner and a Menopause Wellness Coach Diploma.
